If they signed up for the 30-day free trial and received a complimentary welcome kit, they’re committed to the full 30-day trial period, and cancellations for the free welcome kit subscription cannot be processed during these first 30 days. However, if they’ve paid for a product (like a 30-day tub at $49.99 or a couples subscription at $99.98), they can cancel their subscription at any time, including within the first 30 days.

“Cancel my subscription”
Free Trial Customers: Inform them of cancellation eligibility date, explain policy, and confirm upcoming refill has been skipped, giving them [X days] to cancel without further charges.
Paid Customers: Highlight any price drops, offer to skip/pause subscription, and proceed with cancellation if requested.
“Cancel my subscription and refund me for my refill”
Confirm subscription and refill cancellation. Inform customers that refunds take 5-10 business days. Thank them for trying the product.
“Address changes”
Update address in recent orders, Recharge, and Shopify. Prioritize new orders if applicable.
“Adjust frequency”
Allow skipping 1-4 months (avoid longer unless necessary). Inform the customer of the next refill date and amount. Note charges process the night before the recharge date.
“Do you do international shipping”
Yes but not directly through Optimal Human page, if they would like to order and it is international, direct them to Amazon

Opened product: not accepted, as they are unusable upon return
